Bobina, Taj, Beaver, Blurr and Lyndsay? Sounds like an amazing night. We will just have to get by with seeing Bobina the 25th. He was AMAZING last time he was here at Avalon and we didn't have a clue as to who he was. Think I insulated him (or his crew) when I asked him on the patio who he was lol.

Super excited about teaming up with Beaver again for this one. We have the closing slot before taj, and after Feel & Bobina! i was going to say the same thing. many russians do not appreciate being associated with the ussr at all. as an empire it did commit mass murder and democide on many cultures in and around the eastern bloc. it's a touchy subject much like how some czechs get offended when you call the czech republic czechoslovakia. then again you have a promoter called 'red square' and a supporting dj named 'coldwar' so maybe it's a tongue in cheek theme. just make sure the headliners are in on the joke.

Most Russians i have spoked to are happy bout the event. Are you russian? The event is about music not peoples jaded uncalled for opinions.How bout showing up as a party goer rather then chumping & expressing opinions that are useless dialog.

no i'm not russian, are you? did you happen to ask these russians if they are happy about having russian djs come to town or if they were happy about the back in the ussr theme? i am clearly not the only one who knows russians who are sensitive to the ussr association. sorry if you think raising a real concern here is useless, jaded, uncalled for chumping. jesus. this is your party and your thread though, so if you don't want any honest feedback besides hype and excitement, then i will never offer it again.
