Let there be light

Hi all, There is a track out there that I heard on a Tunnel Trance Force album or a Various Artists compilation that was a bit of a harder track but not hardcore by any means.

I recall the specific quote:

in that EXACT phrasing. It was pretty dancey, relatively trancey, almost like some euro stuff. It's not the track by Rank 1 (unless it was a remix), or the track by Mike Oldfield or Astral Projection. They all use that voice sample, but it's none of these.

Can anyone help?

Surprisingly, I recognize this track, but I don't think this is it. It does sound like a priest who is speaking it, there is an example of this vocal in this track:

The vocal comes in at around 40 seconds.
