Name of this sport?

I jsut seen a clip of some guys in europe [like 50 guys on the field] at a rennissance fair, playing a game that looked kinda like soccer, but everyone was beating eachothers ass. They men worse pants and shoes, and the refferre had a jesters outfit on with either white or red feathers. It seemed there were no rules, people were fighting and such. It was hilarious.

Was there sticks, a ball and a goal at each end?

No sticks. Just a bunch of guys in boots and pants. There was two nets and a ball. It took place in italy or france or something.

But like I said the more interesting part is everyone was fisting fighting. And the commentator said that fighting is 'part' of the game. He said there are only two rules, no replacing injured players, and no other rules.

That is basically what soccer evolved from. Look up the history of football. Early versions were very violent.
