Ufc 100
Man was a good card for sure.
Biggest surprise was bisbing getting knocked the fuck out.. twice. He was out for awhile.
I won my bet too.. i bet my friend how many superman punches GSP was gonna do and i said 5. GSP = george superman punch.
yeah man i concur
super card!
highlight reel knockout for the ages that hendo inflicted on bisping! wow that one was nuts..
i thought the akiyama split decision was debatable, but whatever...
GSP dominates again and shows he's in the best pound4pound discussion...
and i didn't much like lesnar before, but now, omg..
that guy is like a mentally unstable gorilla,
Just think about how satisfying it would be to see Fedor knock him out...
i guess all we can do is dream they will eventually meet up
They cant unless lesnar goes into pride. I have a lot of respect for lesnar.. he doesnt get the respect that he deserves just because he came from WWE. I dont like him as a person, but he is a good fighter and it shows. Between fedor and him, i think fedor will win. Fedor is a scary mofo.
Everyone i was watching it with was cringing on the 2nd knockout punch bisping received. I was all for bisping, but he was stupid to deflect his left instead of dodging it. The curse of the ultimate fighter continues.
I think they should fire goldberg as a commentator. Hes extremely biased towards fighters and it shows. Its so disrespectful that he was talking crap on alvez when alvez lasted 5 rounds with GSP.
Lesner is a just big dumb ape.
NO fucking skill what so ever, if just laying on a guy and punching is skill, why hasn't Kimbo done anything?
As you can see by the crowd reaction, i am with the majority. I cant lie, but the is good. But he lacks skill...
idk, i dont remember hearing goldberg being biased, but maybe i just didn't catch it...
but, yeah i admit i've been kinda a fan of bisping's, but how he was circling to the left constantly, like he does in all his fights, he was just asking for Dan's big right... i've always respected Dan soo much though, so i wasn't like dissapointed w/ that win cause it was soo spectacular! and he won a round against anderson silva, so that will be a good rematch that UFC needs for anderson.
w/ lesnar, like ive always respected his skills and wrestling for sure since his first UFC, but i just hate his attitude and personality, the dude is emotionally unstable and still talks crap after the fight to mir and flips off the crowd? c'mon...
Goldberg said that the akiyama decision was off or something.. i dont remember.
He also was talking about how it was over for alvez when it was 3 minutes left in the 3rd round.
Line of the night by Joe Rogan.
"If he cant bring himself down behind thiagos hips, thiago can slip out the back door."
oh i remember what joe rogan said about akiyama:
he said he got robbed, because one judge scored all the rounds for akiyama...
Lesnar thinks he is still with the WWE and creating all kinds of "hype."
I guess his dumb ass forgot that hes not with WWE anymore.
As far as Bisbing, he was leaving himself open to get the punches. Henderson saw that and kept on going in for the kill. I guess the old man can still fight haha
Henderson is a super dope person too, I met him a couple times at Pechanga casino. He was super humble and just real down to earth, something RARELY seen by the MMA guys down here in SoCal. Most of the SoCal MMA'rs are douche's from what i have seen personally. My x g/f lives right down the street from the Hendersons. That win couldn't have gone to a better guy IMO ![]()
yeah i mean, dan's beaten a who's who of fighters and has accomplished soo much, future hall of famer without a doubt...
i dont care if people aren't a fan of his, but you cant not respect what he's done and is still doing...
during lesnar & mir's fight i was surprised herb dean didnt stand them up at one point... it seemed like brock was just laying on him and doing nothing for the longest time, then went off...
mir was winning the standup, but lesnar is just too good as wrestler and overall humongous...
shame...
Ya me and my buddies were talking about it. A lot of people dont understand why fighters just lay there. When someone is on their back squirming, they continuously lose energy while the guy on top can kind of feel when they are getting exhausted and go in for a submission. Everytime herb dean called them to do something lesnar just started pounding so he wouldnt get stood up and have an upset again.
I think even if he would have stood up Lesnar and Mir, Lesnar would have still won the fight. He was just bigger and stronger, Mir couldn't counter that for the life of him. I mean he tried his heart out, but from the first take down you can clearly see Mir's disadvantage.
Ya lesnar just didnt want to get randomly ankle locked again lol.

LOL i was thinking affliction.

Lesnar's antics really pissed me off. From pregame by not touching gloves to the 'aftershow' - he was a mess. Dana White - president of the UFC - spoke to him and made him apologize - Lesnar even drank Budlight at the conference haha. WWE is not UFC
ya Lesnar acted like a complete ass, i would absolutely love to see Fedor beat the crap out of Lesnar. cant wait to see Fedor vs. Barnett in a few weeks, should be good.
it was a great card with good fights! disappointed with the lesnar vs mir fight, cuz i was rooting for mir. lesnar's actions were just unnecessary and ridiculous, such a horrible ambassador for MMA.
Man that 2nd punch...

lesnar is now the villain of the UFC that he wanted to become...
if there was ever a time for Dana to try and sign Fedor, the time is now!
although in the past i know it has always been fedor's m1 management that have been the ones making it difficult, but with fedor's affliction contract being over after the Barnett fight...

That and dana white talked some crap about fedor too...
i remember he did in the past when the UFC's heavyweight division was being criticised for lack of depth, but there's no way they can ignore how much the fans crave him now.
even though lesnar apologized, i know a lot of people still want his head...
lesnar vs fedor by itself would be like another UFC 100 all over again!!!
