Do you any of you like this. I think its ok, he hasnt messed with the essence of the song too much. Most people ive spoken to think its dire and that the original should never be touched!
What are you opinions?
I really like the new Chicane single. Sounds like a song I could listen to in the day, but not in the night.
The disco citizens remix is great but I really don't like the breakdown. It's too heavy.
But yes the original is great. I hope to hear more Chicane tracks in the future.

It's called "Hopppolla", and it's not "the classic", it's from four years ago.
The Chicane thing is absolute garbage. To take a chunk of someone else's music and add some worthless dance production work, release it as a single and make a lot of fuzz about it, that's just wow, not tasteful.
generic garbage

In general ASOT lovers will like it, ASOT haters will hate it.
Like mentioned a while ago in another thread I like it a lot. Nothing classic about the original, except that it has a sound that people think it could be a classic.

I think it's a nice tune.

| Originally posted by Trance-MB When I heard the original I thought it was much older than it actually was. I have heard it many times not realizing of what date it was (even didn't knew its name). If someone told me it was from the 80's I would have believed it. That's why IMO people think it could be a classic, but it just isn't. |
