Good sounding synths?

I was just wondering what you all use to make good sounding synths using software? Maybe you could recommend some plugins or freeware etc for me to try. Currently I'm using FruityLoops 3.0, without any addons (except for the demo stuff it comes with). What alternatives are there to using the TS404 for synths?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try MDA synths (mda DX10, mda JX10,mda Piano...). U can find them from this site (they all are free)

Thanks! I'll play around with these and see what I can come up with.

Any other suggestions?

Just download Warez. Everyone else does. And, well, if you're using FruityLoops 3.0, it means you're using a warez version of that, so you mustn't have any any moral objective to it

The 3xOSC is great for making synths. Learn it.

Yeah, really, that's good reasoning. Cause if everyone does, then all of these software companies would really want to keep on making new synths.

Nealry every trance producer has warez on their PC. I don't really approve of people who just get warez and buy nothing, though.

I d/l warez, test it out, and buy it if I want it. That's why I've bought FruityLoops, and plan to buy VAZ and Absynth.

Shoes, can you PM me about VAZ and Absynth please?

I thought you were one of those ppl who buy nothing based on the way you phrased your response. No hard feelings?

No worries If I use it, I buy it, that's my motto.

Yeah, the Triangle II is supposed to be awesome. I've got it, but haven't really messed around with it.
