My Country, My Country....

Has anyone watched this documentary? I think its amazing.. it is set in Iraq during 2005 elections. It trails the path of a doctor turned politician who is a Sunni candidate.. Sunni Party 'Iraq Islamic Party' decided to withdraw from elections but he still encourages his family to go and vote .... after the elections he was simply broke, defeated (not because of elections, but because of situations in Iraq) and wants to give up..he says he wants to leave the country and his dauther laughs at the adversity and says 'dont forget to take me with you'.. that ending was so beautiful... she was able to laugh at all this despite of all the hardships..

It also asked one very interesting question, that what if Iraqies vote some party which is dead against the American policies of invasion to power.. like Hamas was elected in Palestine.. will the 'Coalation Forces' accept it? No, right? This whole election is a show.. like Michael Jackson show..

He said this oil in Iraq has been a curse on Iraq.. let the kurds take north.. let sunni take fallujah.. let shia take what they want.. divide the country to million peices.. even if in the end its only Baghdad thats left of Iraq as a country.. he is happy with it.. just end it.
