Cullen Miller - Stolen Nature [TwoCircles] (dub, glitch, idm, nu-jazz)

I picked this cd up at a show the other night. I hadn't heard anything from the guy, nor the label (apparently the label's been around now for over a year).

Anyways, this is a reaaaal solid album. Each track progresses well, especially in the beginning. He travels through and combines a lot of different genres. The only track I remember not being interested in was the last track, which happens to be the title track. It all feels intricately composed and works well for either background music or for intent listening.

though the samples don't really account for much of any of the tracks since they shift around a bit and aren't good enough to catch the scope of each song, if that makes sense.

But yeah, check it out.
