t toBeatport Restrictions

Why do some tracks get restricted on Beatport. I live in the UK, and I want to download Chicane - Poppiholla, but it won't allow me to do that. I almost want to go against all my wishes and download it illegally on some P2P site. I'm trying to download it legally but it wont let me, do they want to make money or not!!!! Is there any other way I can get my hands on the mp3? And will it lose its restriction once it's been released officially on CD etc?????

Poppiholla can be had from itunes (thrillseekers mix is exclusive to it), juno, auidojelly, djdownload, 7digital, the works, so no need to download it illegally
