Use some sound editor or burn it with .cue file if you got one.

i use a program called steinberg wavelab when i have large sets i want to split up. it loads the mp3's extremely fast, and encodes them extremely fast. plus, its just a quality program. you need a crack for it, though. (which i cannot provide, so please don't ask me for one!)
