Not what I'd expect from Radio Slave since I pretty much know all the tracks, but they're actually good tracks.

Free CD if you just register on the site, so I thought people would like it. Suppose to create the atmosphere of being in Japan.

EDIT: Only available to residants of the UK.

If you have ever experienced Japan's nightlife, you'd understand.

So I take it you're well-versed in it?

That makes absolutely no difference.

This set is no more "japanese" than any other.

Because it's blatantly obvious?

By your logic you could play this set in Beirut and it would be a recreation of Lebanese night life.

Ah Clovis he has you there. He's used the unbeatable, "I don't need to prove it because you don't know it" logic. It's fucking unbeatable!

No, that would be like saying there's nothing Japanese about Ryo Murakami tracks. There may not be explicitly, but there is a relationship between where an artist lives or works and where they draw inspiration that translates into the music whether or not it is obvious imo.

This is a great tracklist but there is nothing more japanese about this set than any other, I own and play 6 of those tracks and it's not because I'm quarter japanese, it's because it's good music that works, no matter what country you happen to be in.
