opinions..
so lately when i read articles online, i feel like i start getting a headache & i have to blink or look away and refocus (sitting close to the computer).
same thing happens when i read from a book, i feel as if my eyes get tired & the words blurr but if i put the book too close to my face then my eyes feel uncomfortable.
however, when im out and about i read everything just fine. am i doing something wrong or spending too much time on the computer/reading? i read things perfectly from far away but things that are up close like the internet page, i need to change into a larger font.
suggestions? does this happen to anyone else?
I have a wandering eye when reading books. Especially when tired, which I'm always semi-tired.
It prevents me from reading more :/
But it never prevents me from watching Rose.

You could be long sighted. Get your eyes tested by an optician.
You're putting too much strain on your eyes. You either need glasses or a punch to the face.
One of the two.
i don't want glasses, so i'll take the punch plz

brain tumour.
i don't think i need glasses though.. i mean, when im out im perfectly fine (driving, etc).
it's just when i read things online/book. now that i made the font bigger online i feel my eyes are less uncomfortable, which was my objective..![]()
I don't have short/long sighted problems, but I have noticed in the past two years that after 10+ hours a day of computer usage, my eyes are constantly strained. When I go on holiday (last time was January 2008), I come back and am amazed at how much better my eyes are.
I'm going to get some glasses made specifically for computer usage.
Also - check the location of lights around you. Overhead lighting is awful. At home I have lights off and a small lamp to the side of the screen. My eyes last a lot longer there than at work, where we have powerful lights overhead and there is excessive glare.
