Berlin Calling

I remember seeing a trailer to a German film called Berlin Calling late last year. It said that the movie would have a March 09, USA release date, but still has not been released here. Does anyone have any info. about this film and its possible release date in the USA? Or, maybe any internet site where it can be viewed or purchased directly from Europe?

easily one of the best clubbing films true to the life...saw it at the USA premiere in miami. kalkbrenner even hopped on-stage afterwards for an impromptu set. i believe it only played once each in miami, NYC, and austin during film festival-type events. the dvd is out soon, though...

You guys know Datt is all trance but even he enjoyed this soundtrack during the movie. We were fist pumping at the same time during this club scene . Paul did an incredible job tying the music with the movie. Dont cheat and listen to soundtracks before the movie!!! I looove it . Jamming to the soundtrack now on my way to work

It's got the same premise as It's All Gone Pete Tong but I still find them both very different.

It's about a fictional dj & something goes wrong a la 'Pete Tong' but he goes crazy from a bad batch of drugs while everyone is awaiting his new album. So he works on the album while all this is going on in his life - which is why the soundtrack is fantastic.

It's funny & just something we can allllllllllllll relate to. Watching that movie made me want to go out and party

I say fictional because Paul Kalkbrenner is an actual dj and an actual producer and he acted GREAT! Plus the soundtrack is all him.
