I was thinking about the rocket scientist market. I'v heard NASA is hiring some engineers and I'v watched the entire COSMOS series by Carl Sagan. Anyone know how to get into NASA?
Most of the northern America's is a sluggish area for real estate, overbuilding, low supply as opposed to here where there is undersupply and no building. Take an adult ed course in property management, there is generally a lot of legalities which you have to be more than passingly familiar with to set it up on your own.

| Originally posted by ******** Hi Lilith the market is flooded here, but no one is renting. The major appartments are going to around $800/month and only 1 person is actually living in them apparently. Actually buying and renting could be fesable for low assessed properties, but I doubt high assessed properties due to property taxes and basic costs.. you could run a slight margin but the cost over the actual investment would be questionable - that is very long term investment unless you derive profit from the land -- or just that pending sale. Thing is some of the homes don't appear occupied (they arn't listed on the internet) so I'm not sure if some of the owners would rent out to subsidize their costs - if it is worth the hastle of them being lived in (by reasonable tenants) Also is there use for homes? Like potential coversions.. There are motels etc.. in the area but I'm just wondering if turning the home base into solar or wind collection (more so wind) or anything could actually bring in revenue - rather than just have the home sit there empty. Like a conversion to hydroponics or anything, any legal plants pay for hydroops within a house? I've already had three people interested in renting from myself - and they all appear mature and responsible young adults ---- with university educations. -Will (my rate is one of the lowest in the country for home rental though) |

Professionally, youre a glorified sales assistant getting someone who wants to buy house A to buy it from the person who wants to sell house A. yes yes, I know theres more to it than that but selling houses to people that wish to buy them and taking a hefty % cut classifies as profiteering riffraff as far as I am concerned! |

But at the end of the day youre still selling something to someone who came to you already wanting to buy it, more often than not
doesnt even matter, he's not allowed to make any contracts with a mental illness anyways. Well he is allowed but nobody is stupid enough to sign a contract with a person with a mental illness. He can claim what he wants and the contract will be null and void.
I think real estate is a bad gig for you, try selling scuba diving equipment or something
