everyone and their mother has heard exceeder

or at least that mashup against princess superstar

but the interesting thing is that since then, mason has been putting out some high-quality jams on his new record label animal language. i'm particularly enthralled with "at the hippo bar" at the moment:

and "the amsterdam tape" isn't half-bad either

does anyone else like this type of house music?

Tech house/ minimal? I'm not a huge fan of it, but I wouldn't ever knock it, it has its place, just like the supersaw ;-). There are a bunch of dj's who spin this stuff daily over on torrentech radio.

Well considering I had never heard the song before this thread, and my first thought was tech house, before I even looked at the discogs page, tells me they are probably right about how they labeled it.

If you don't think it's correct, get involved at discogs and help out.

Last time I spoke to him he said he was working on an album, which was supposed to feature Kurtis Blow among others. That was almost a year ago though, so I wonder what happened there.
