Well this was quite the night indeed.
I've never gone to the Guv alone before so I couldn't do anything in line but listen in on other ppl's conversations. Two guys behind me talking about nothing but doing "E" and picking up asian girls while tweeking. Saw the guy walking around alone at 4:00 am. lol
Eddie. What can I say. It's Eddie. Started off a little soft for the first half hour and then started dropping bombs and tore the club to pieces. He got on at about 1:15 am and stayed on till about 3:45.
There were what appeared to be some technical difficulties with the sound system. I would not beleive that Eddie trainwrecked at all. Also Nick, was blasting the crowd on the dancefloor to the beat of the tune Eddie was dropping. Good times.
After parties FTW. Went home and slept for a couple hours and then met up with a bunch of TA's and TA lurkers *ahem*. And continued to dance/swim/play. Now I have to go to work and all I'm going to think of is how amazing my friends are on here and how it's always a good time when we all get together.

great night at guv as usual. I agree with Ian how eddie was playing a bit soft.. he played lots of good remixes (one remix of clockwork that i thought was excellenta) .. dekoze played very well and always fun see him rip it up. I noticed guv is leaking like koolhaus does... left around 4 ish and was completely satisfied.. two night of clubbing has taken its toll .. soo glad but soo sore..
woke up and my ass cheeks were hurting... (and ya I just opened the flood gates for jokes

My night was complete. 
I wanted main room Guv wild, and I got it.
The early morning text I sent my friend describes how I felt about the night:
"I'm sorry to inform you, but the Guvy just exploded"
I had such an amazing time... Eddie just tore the room apart from start to finish. Slower at the beginning... that's cool with me... but when he started dropping bombs they just didn't stop.
Mark's closing set was the old driving Mark I haven't heard in a long time. Had me smiling till we walked out the door. Something about a proper Mark closing set; main room lights low, lazers taming down, red/blue lights lowered closer to the dancefloor... just gives me that feeling I can't get anywhere else....

Glad everyone had such a great time!!
I saw him at Pure in Buffalo the night before. Didn't think I would like him as much as I did. I was floored.
ok now that I finally rolled out of bed....
Night was awesome. Eddie of course played very good. Maybe a little soft at the beginning but it picked up quick. Banging tunes the whole set. I was very satisfied.
What I was more surprised at was with Mark Oliver. His opening set was just right. Throwing in some trancy elements. I was very impressed. I am not sure why pepole give him shit.
Now as far as the closing set goes, i am speechless. It was just too too good. I couldnt leave, and had to close the bitch down, which was around 6:40. As I don't party too too much at the Guv, to me this was the best set I have heard Mark play.
Overall amazing night. Thanks for the good times Jay. Awesome seening everyone last night!! Nice meeting some new TA's, Chribby, Knox, Veronica, Shaya.
Now time to prepare for Kyau & ALbert!

Was a bit skeptical about before the night started, and my expectations were pretty low, but I had a great time! Guv is so much more enjoyable on a regular Saturday; I had only been going to big events in the last little while and forgot what it feels like to breathe in that place. Didn't really care for Oliver's opening and closing sets.. wasn't awful, but still not my cup of tea. Eddie Halliwell rekindled my liking for him. Hard tech trance sound with lots of euphoric tracks in between. I liked these the most as it brought back memories of my first year of partying. Hearing Made of Love live for the first time almost brought a tear out of me. This track is beautiful to say the least. Wasn't a huge fan of all the scratching; it was a bit overdone. Gallery was fun for a few mins with Deko-ze slamming it in there.
