Severe thunderstorm warning for
City of Toronto issued

Severe thunderstorm moving southeast towards Lake Ontario. Strong gusts to 100 km/h and heavy rain associated with this storm.
This is a warning that severe thunderstorms are imminent or occurring in these regions. Remember some severe thunderstorms produce tornadoes..Listen for updated warnings. Emergency management Ontario recommends taking cover immediately when threatening weather approaches.

I hope this blows over before I have to head down to Toronto for Underworld tonight!

Otherwise it'll be a hell of a trek down I think.

I'm at Mississauga Road and 401 and we are just having a nice rain....no heavy rain, no heavy wind, no hail....this sucks ass. I want a real storm with Tornados, 125 + winds, torrential downpours.

+1 that's the only time that I do the new suburban cookie-cutter-home redneck thing of sitting on a camp chair having a smoke and drinking beer with the garage door open as if it was an open-air living room thing.
