-- Really Really Nice Song.
Really Really Nice Song.
I changed the original songs around a little bit and made my own mix. I think it sounds alot better this way. I made the video too.

I love this song. It's the most played song on my iTunes. It's at about 220 on the play count. I'm trying to get it out there and get more people to know about it and make it popular. And I know it's not exactly trance it might be kinda like dance or house but they are all kind of similar.... I think.
It's ite. The voice is kinda random though
. Also it kinda gets too discoish so watch out for that kind of stuff, it kind of goes out of the trance genre if that happens.
yeah thanks for the advice. I know the voice is kind of random. I tried to take it out but it didn't really work. I don't know too much about trance. I've been into it for about 8 months maybe. But i've been into techno for probably 2 years.
Its definitly not house. It's just ordinary techno but theres really only 2 transitions and it just stays at a moderate pace like a regular techno song. If it was trance it would just progress all the way through the song, but it just kept its pace is all. And personally so far I don't really like techno that much since of course what I've heard besides Cybotron's Clear, it can be boringly repetitive with one or two transitions of melody with slight progression (Usually percussive). As with trance the melody supposedly always progresses through the song getting more groovier and groovier, which is the great thing about trance.
so you sped up some songs and threw them together in audacity
that was shite

okay you're right about the groove aspect i suppose. i just feel that the genre (especially what you may consider to be 'trance') has greatly removed itself from it's origins as an anti-establishment, additive composition, arpreggiation of hypnosis and groove. yes, trance is a horizontally structured genre, filled with (again) additives and layers of rhythms. it's just that what i've heard for years now is just plain formula and nothing exploratory.
techno, on the other hand, was not created with the same sentiments. the entire approach is completely different to that thought. the tracks, individually, don't need to go anywhere because it's the dj's job to do that. and that track from the OP is not techno.
