Anyone know where I can pick up a modded XBOX with all the NES, SNES, N64, Sega Master, Sega Genisis ect.

I've been looking everywhere.

This game rocks!

I could probably rattle off about 50 classic games that I pissed away my childhood playing. TIM was definitely up there with the biggest time-wasters. The most memorable were probably Abuse, Raptor, and the Space Quest series.

The best Lemmings version was actually on the Mac, it had really amazing music for its time (199...3, or something like that).

My favorite was the Kings Quest series. I think it was Kings Quest 4 or 5 that was my fave. The one where you had to climb up the mountain and find the right codes so that rock steps would come out of the mountain. I used to have all of those. Space Quest, Kings Quest, Police Quest...Quest for Glory ROCKED!

I remember playing Kings Quest partly while at a buddies house and Space Quest 2I think at my uncles. I only managed to get ahold of Police Quest and Leisuresuit Larry on my crappy Ibm PC (5 and a quarter boot floppy).

You know it's funny, Quest for Glory never quite did it for me. But it was the favourite for a lot of people that I knew back then. There wasn't anything wrong with it I guess, I just didn't "get it" for some reason.

SQ was definitely my favourite, it just seemed to have the right balance of actual plot, satirical humour, and silly humour. Police Quest might have been my second-favourite.

Lol, somehow I never pictured you as the type of person who would've been interested in those games.

you can get all the King's Quest games in one pack from Steam. I think it's like 15 bucks or something, and it's windows vista compatible

lol It was definitely influence from my older brother (born in '79). He got me hooked though. I LOVED computer games. When I was younger my dad, brother and I used to get pirated games off of all our family/friends. We had drawers and drawers of floppies. I'm definitely a dork at heart!

Awesome!

I remember seeing Wolfenstein 3d for the first time in Junior high, then Doom came out in highschool, gr 10 'computers', we had a supply teacher and this one kid brings in 30+ floppies and installs it on a few machines, we never did work in that class again... (well some of us)

Incredible Machine was an amazing game! I played the MAC version, and eventually got a sequel for my PC.

King's Quest was always fun to play. "Rape the Goat" "Simon doesn't understand" BWAHAHAHAHAHA Oh the things that can make 8 year-olds laugh.

There are too many classic games that put most of today's generation to shame. Appealing to mass-market has really watered down the selection.
