Looking 4 a Roommate ...

We are looking for a roommate starting October 1st at our place in Logan Square. Its two blocks from the blue line and is on the top floor of a beautiful greystone building. It has two bedrooms, one bath, a beer garden, hardwood floors, free on site laundry. The place was rehabbed right before we moved in last year. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances. The bathroom is also very nice and modern. Hit me up for additional information. Cheers!
