Caught Stealing, tv show???

I just found this on youtube, anyone have any information on this? Looks funny as hell. You can hear the excitement in the first guys voice as he steals the suit.

No, they say the concept has caught on in Europe and that this is the pilot for the American version. However, I still think it's staged.
