i'm new to trance and am getting into it, but I need help with suggestions?

Hey, I'm new to trance and am getting into it, but the world of trance seems very confusing with so many styles and DJ's, it's hard to pinpoint what styles I like. I do like DaRude and Cosmic Gate though, I just ordered Rhythm and Drums from Cosmic Gate. I like synth filled trance and this sample below is a great example of what I want from trance.

What are bands/styles of trance that resemble that sample and the bands I mentioned?

Really just search around on Beatport. Thats how I find a lot of my music.

Also, listen to A State of Trance. Good artists and songs there.

And the loop you sent was almost like a really slow hardcore sample. Maybe you like hardcore?

i'm not familiar with the genres of trance and rave music.

It's hardcore house, so I guess I should probably look for hardcore trance and hardcore house.
