I don't use Ableton but it seems like a basic saw bass with portamento, no attack/sustain/release.

What version of Live are you using? I was poking around with either the new Sampler pack or some of the Live 8.0 instrument racks and heard a few patches that had this type of electro sound in it.

Just poke through the bass folder of the instrument racks and you should be able to find it.
