Dance Dance Sugar Song

Im looking for the artist that wrote the song "dance dance sugar". On the track it a girl repeating the track name over and over. The track is very upbeat. Quite a nice dance tune I might add. =)

Anywho I dont think its Sophia Sugar and google turns up no results.
Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks all.
