Cobra

I was perusing amonly.com and saw that they have the Starkillers and Jamie Jones (kewwwwwl) lined up on some Thursday nights in September. They also have Guy Gerber (sick) in late October. I looked to see if they had a website with more info and perhaps other bookings lined up that would interest me but I couldnt find one. Anyone know where I can find their weekly / upcoming events list?

ps. unrelated but basement jaxx are here for a dj set on a tuesday night @ century room in early november w00t. I don't think they've been here since one of Sneaks Bassment Beats parties @ Steamwhistle Brewery.

I've wanted to check this place out for a while. Joe Claussel has been there recently.

I'd be up for checking out Jamie Jones there.

wow, sounds good. Hopefully these events get enough promotion. Starkillers set on the sultan connected show about a year ago is really really good.

amazing. I'd def. check out Cobra for Guy Gerber. I've also wondered what that venue is like, haven't heard much about it at all.

I have a couple friends in Toronto this weekend and they asked me if I knew anything about guest list for Cobra. 3 chicks out on the town...

Anyone know how to go about that? Checked the site and there is a [email protected], fired off an email to them. But was wondering if there is any other ways, perhaps more VIP guestlist? Anyone know the promoters or managment?

Also, since it's the long weekend, anything special going on there this Saturday besides "Cobra Saturdays"? I do not see anything on their site (it's kinda outdated too, TIFF stuff everywhere!)

PS - The club looks really nice! There is a video floating around of Dennis Ferrer playing a dope house version of Radiohead's Creep there during TIFF. Awesome lighting on the ceiling of the dancefloor, looks pretty sweet!

I used to go with oldschool co workers on a reg Fri or Sat night, fun times. Even better I am guessing with decent djs!
