ID Video spot describtionHi,

Hi,
I wanna find name of song but anything I know is video spot.
Its about black man who is coming near some store, put radio down, start to play music and dance, and ppls start to watch him and give some commenst. When song is finished, he just turn off radio and go walk.
Its about house song I think, man vocal.
