Houston Club/Bar Reviews

I hate to be a bitch but I have had some pretty unpleasant experiences at various bars in houston... Your constructive or destructive opinions or criticisms are welcome... This is from personal experience. Hate on me all you want, bring it!

Seems to me that bars are either awesome or a total dive, never in between.

Disclaimer: I have never had problems with bouncers or doormen, this is not personal in any way.

Bar Rio and Escobar:

Overcrowded, poor lighting, flying objects (beer bottles, shots, ice, you name it) drunk frat monkey boys on the loose, fighting, negative vibes. Police with body armour shining flashlights into the crowd (great vibes... once again). People are extremely rude even if you barely bump into them due to lack of space...

Riches:

Awesome club... Air conditioning, never overcrowded when I have been there, alot more of a friendly environment with positive vibes etc. Nice lighting systems(No lasers but they sure do use what they have very well!)

Pravada:

Very nice club, love the laser and lighting system they have(REACH FOR THE LASERS!!! ). Air conditioning, friendly people (good vibes included) and bartenders. Alot of room to move around!
