EZoo after parties thread
So unfortanitly my girl was to tired to go out on sat night and I had work early on Monday, so I was unable to go to any after parties. So I have to live vicariously through all of you.
Love afterparty
The advantage of being single is I don't have to go home ever.
Hit the Love afterparty on the early side around midnight. Saw Big Mike spin upstairs for a while.
Marcus Schossow killed it. He came on earlyish (1 am) and got the crowd worked up. Too bad I had to leave early to get back to Philly. I was so energized by the music, I could have lasted a couple more hours.
Prins Thomas was the special guest at Sunday Best which was cool as I would never leave Guy Gerber so I got to hear him spin some funky disco tunes \o/
very chill and what i needed to end my night.

or you can be like me and torture your boyfriend haha.
I know he loves me and even though he hates the music and bitches - he still better come! shieet.

Don't always have to do everything with each other. Ive let Drew go out to parties when I didnt feel like it, and vice versa. I actually dont mind leaving early with him during certain times cuz usually by that time the grimeyness of *any* club has probably started to get to me, just tired in general and want to get home into a nice shower and then to bed. lol the car ride home is usually very quiet/relaxed/serene (a welcome respite from hours of music) and Im just able to reflect and be very appreciative i have someone wonderful to go home with.

I'm sure either most couples figure that out with time or you just try to find someone more compatible and who loves the nightlife. Totally up to you. I was just referring to the fact that if he was tired and wanted me to come home with me when I wanted to keep going..... I would laugh and tell him he is a grown ass man and can get in a cab
(this, of course takes into effect that he is perfectly fine and safe to get home on his own! I would never ditch him if he was inebbriated or something!)

well yea...of course ppl can go home on their own if they don't feel like staying. nothing worse than a party pooper at the wrong time, heh
Our plan- meet friends at Resolute at 11:30pm and stay for an hour and a half, then go to Love until 2:am ish, then Pacha until close.
Failed Execution- we got to Resolute and our friends weren't there yet. Not a problem so we got drinks, then got stuck listening to horrible music. Of course this was after waiting on line forever considering there were only ten people ahead of us, totally disorganized guestlist and payment.
When our friends got there, we convinced them to leave for Love but it was getting late for Pacha. Majority ruled which annoyed me and we skipped Love
We got to Pacha and went up to Pachita first. Music was great and we stayed until someone texted me that Ferry was coming on. We skipped Ferry at EZ because I listen to XM and every show he broadcasts from has the same music. I kind of hesitated to go down but it was so worth it. I saw yankeebaby when I was walking downstairs but when I got down, she already moved. I didn't see any other TAs there but saw a lot of random people I know. We were so exhausted from two days of parties that we left right before he ended.

wish I had seen you. I was crazy busy during the day and would have liked to meet everyone a little longer at the meetup, but i was getting texts galore and had to bounce to meet peeps
how was upstairs? I was sooo tired too. I think I would have left myself if Ferry just played regular set, because my pillows were calling me!! but since he played so hard, it was the only thing giving me a ton of energy at 5am~.

Pacha on Saturday was awesome. We got there a little before 2. Didn't really get a chance to hear the main floor djs, as I was supposed to go on in Pachita at 2. But the crowd up there was f-ing awesome! I haven't been up there since the venue was Sound Factory, but its a really cool alternative to the main floor madness. Myself and Ian (AlterImage) just got to drop bombs all night to a very receptive crowd. Even got into some classics to close the night out.
As we were heading out around 5, Paco was on in the main room and just killing it. I definitely need to catch him the next time he comes to town.

reSOLUTE on Saturday night was pretty sick. got there at 2:30am so i missed Connie, but Kiki and Adultnapper killed it. we ended up leaving around 7am since the sunlight started coming through the skylights in the warehouse. it was a fun crowd, but i didn't want to be dancing in the daylight at that time.
Love was good, not overpacked but nice and comfy. I met some cool new people there. Despite the fact I was tired I arrived a little after 11 and it was somewhat empty but people started arriving shortly after. Mike wasnt going to let me loiter on the street corner all night so after conserving some energy I went back inside and stayed until 4ish. Then I came back to Queens and dropped my friend off at the airport a little after 5 and got back home around 6am...How I managed to do that after being on my feet from 11-11 I still have no idea.
