i go to new york sports club
i pay around 80 a month, but thats for the passport pass
that allows you to attend any new york sports club
iam not sure on how much it is for a regular pass
i saw planet fitness giving a special promo deal about joining
not sure tho maybe like 30 a month

Just taking a guess but Ballys Total fitness and Golds Gym charge from 30-40 depending on what plan you pick.

Gold Gym one fee of 129 and I pay about 40 which is fine because I get to choose 8 different Golds to workout. It's 32 if I choose only gym but I suggest you check out the websites and call.

planet fitness is the worst...weights all over the place, old machines and the clunk alarm. And they have tanning beds...random

dont do bally's EVER. Totally rip you off. I signed up for a one-year with trainer while I was in college, knowing that I would move the next year and be elsewhere.

Then they keep charging my card the second year, they "claim" to have my "electronic" signature for a 2 year contract (they had you sign up via computer at this gym.)

then the third year they tell me I signed up for a 3 year. How is that possible when they told me just the year before that I had signed up for a two year? they were not only contradicting THEMSELVES, but they were wrong!

Um they heard hell from me. When I went to so sign up at NYSC, the trainer let me know that he had heard that exact same story from at least 15 people that came to his gym. Bally's was recently sued by over 100 people for similar fraudulant contracts.

Thus, I wouldnt suggest it

depends what part of brooklyn you are moving to...

I goto ballys.. I think they have some promotion running where you do not need to sign up for 1 year...you can do montly...

bally can get crowded at times... but that all depends what time you will be going to the gym....

plant fitness also has a pretty good plan.. $20 a month.
