Looking for Investors along with me to start a Trance and Dance Club on Philadelphia's Waterfront. Philadelphia has been waiting a long time for a venue to open that caters to the trance industry. Philly will never support Trance. And if along Delaware Ave, forget it. Place was in its prime years ago. Old City is where the action is. You alreay have Transit (former Bank years ago) and that can not even pack out when a good Trance DJ comes to town.

Philly is a lounge type of town, or Hip-Hop style, or other forms of music. Again, will never support Trance. Bad Business Plan.

BTW: "Who has been waiting a long time" for this??

Well thousands of people have expressed interest in it for many years. I have owned and been involved in other philadelphia area clubs and there are alot of other genre's of music that philly does support. I have recently done alot of networking especially at Electric Zoo and found that there is a substantial following in Philadelphia there is Just no VENUE. And Transit is not what I consider anything close to what I have for a Venue already, but thanks for the input
