September: The best month of the year, hands down.
Consistent weather, warm days and cool nights, the best parts of summer combined with the best parts of autumn...
How can anyone deny September??
if only it stayed light out till 9 pm then it would be perfect....can't get a good round of golf in after work this time of year.
I think it'll stay warm into December...

Even though my birthday is in September, I've dreaded the coming of the month for years now as for so long it symbolized the start of the school year. But school is finished for me for the foreseeable future and, so, no more worries on that front
I have to agree with the weather part though! The arrival of the cooler weather is great; fall always strikes me in a good way

seeing all the excited froshies made me all teary eyed lol
September was always my fav month in school. Good weather, no homework, excited to see everyone, and everyone had money from working all summer, so it was a great month for going out to the bar. lol
totally agreed.. sun is amazing too, no burning.
I watched the sunset and literally within 3 minutes the sun went down and it got kinda dark, was pretty crazy lol

The short summer is making September hit people with SAD really hard this year.

Yeah, September is pretty rad... my birthday, a slew of friend's bdays as well.
Only bad thing is that at my job with the turnover of students going back to school and scheduling issues because of school it becomes quite hectic.
Other bad thing, Christmas is around the corner, time to start making good attempts at clearing up those credit card debts so there is room to fill it right back up come December.
Oh, and i don't do this anymore, but I used to start getting nailed with those 10-12 months no payments no intrest bills from the christmas prior around now!
But yeah, birthdays for alot of my friends are in September so good times!
And Dusty Kid on the 26th!
And hockey pre-season starts soon!

Considering I just had the best weekend of the year, I would have to agree :d

lol, sounds like a lot of September birthdays. Celebrated mine this weekend, got the gift of great weather on the Sean Miller cruise and the days thereafter.

Film Festival and after parties.
Everyone's back in town after spending August vacationing or at the cottage.

September has some of the best weather as far as I am concerned.

| Originally posted by Nick Cenik I've never understood this claim. Perhaps students in grade school and the early years of high school get little homework when school resumes. But as for university, the norm (at least in Arts&Science) at UofT was to have readings due for the first day of class which, of course, could not possibly be compelted until after students had gotten i) the course syllabus detailing the list of readings as well as ii) an opportunity to purchase the readings. |
