Waterloo Parties?

Does anyone know of any clubs/bars in waterloo that play house music? My girlfriend just moved there for school and I would like a good place to party when I visit.

I just lived there for 4 months this summer and believe me the partying there is crap unless you like really bad top 40 djing. There is virtually no electronic to be found.

However if i had to recommend a place it would be Cesar Martini's. It's probably the classiest place in KW.

KW used to have a lot of good clubs till the smoking law.

Metropolis is one that comes to mind

that's pretty lame, funny you should talk about shitty top 40 my girlfriend went to some party and said it was crappy top 40 lol. Even if I could find a place that would let me play that would be just as good. I guess worst case is ill just bring my laptop an midi controller to her dorm and have a party there

That's your best bet lol. Caesar Martinis like mentioned above MIGHT play some house on Friday night. They've thrown some parties in the past which were pretty decent I'll admit, but they haven't had one in like 2 years...

It wasn't the smoking laws that drove away the clubs in KW. Downtown Kitchener wanted to clean up its image and they drove clubs out of town or bought out the ones they could.

There were a couple real underground type places in Kitchener years and years ago but very little interest in them.

Come to connect and be joyous and open. Make sure to only spread this by word of mouth. If anyone posts this on facebook or purerave or anywhere public we *will* cancel.
