i was stressing for a while because it was in shipment and i kept hearing about all those problems with mac and ti's

but then speaking with ppl they seem to be gone more or less with that update!

i played with a polar yesterday in the shop and it did have some REAL nice sounds.

so im very excited

I want to like the virus, I really do. I jsut don't think the TI is for me. To be honest, when I first bought the TI, it was solely for the purpose of making a sound bank. That eventually spread to using it in my music, but then eventually faded and I sold my TI.

I may get a C at some point. I think the main thing I didn't like is how the TI just doesn't feel like an instrument anymore when it's plugged in through USB and has tons of annoying bugs. I don't want the software to crap out on me, it's an instrument. It needs to do what I tell it and nothing more. You can even hear some of these bugs and sound artifacts in my TI demo ...

I thought they fixed alot of them with the new upgrade? I wouldn't rreally know tho... So far so good EXCEPT the realtime bouncing... Other than I love it

yeah got to love the TI, With OS 3 its really quite stable and the new effetcs etc are quite impressive.
One thing maybe one of you TI2 owners can check out for me, put loads, and i mean loads of patches into the patches folder, as many as you have, then try and save a preset you created into the mypatches.mid and tell me what happens.

I am not able to save anything when i have 1000`s of patches in the patch folder, so obviously i just took them all out, but i would be curious to know if this is a TI 1 bug or something deeper.

The TI will feature heavily in my next Video course so watch this space
