"SUBSTANCE" New Bi-Weekly Party in Santa Barbara

"Substance" is a NEW bi-weekly party held every other Wednesday @ Ruby's Cafe in Downtown Santa Barbara. Hosted by The Blacklight Special, each event will showcase local and out of town DJ's who are dedicated to pushing the freshest music in House, Techno, Minimal, and Funk.

Substance will debut September 23rd, 2009
Doors open at 10:00 pm
Goes until 1:30 am
