PVD vs Delerium - Silence / For an Angel

I was reading that thread about tracks that you hope don't get made. Well I was wondering what everybody thought about the track titled Silence / For an Angel??? I've only heard it when Dumonde spun it during his Einsville set and wasn't quite sure what to think of it. What's your opinions on mixing two classic tracks into one?

When I saw this track I thought it might be interesting, but upon listening it crashed in flames. Classics shouldn't be mixed.

There are 2 versions of this bootleg / synergy

one is . .
Angel of Silence

and the other is . .

Silent Angel

Silent Angel uses the totaly wrong lyrics from Delerium's Silence, EG: "Heaven holds a sense of hunger" . . .

It should be "Heaven holds a sense of wonder"
Had some random female singing the vocals on that one then i guess . .

The other one, Angel of Silence is not a whole lot better, they used the right version of silence (even including the full version of silence on the B side) but the fadeing between for an angel and silence is pretty dire, IMO both versions should be left out of any mix, record box etc.

is terrible . thre was some other hard house remix of the track that uses the same messed up vocals floating around the net that quite sucks also. vocals are painful.

PvD played Silent Angel when he spun here in NYC back in Nov. 2002.. IMO was the worst PvD moment i have ever experienced.

the only good bootleg i've heard (or at least remember hearing) is James Holden vs. Ben Pound - Kaern Turned.
then there's the so-so bootleg of JPS vs. PVD - Found An Angel.
the rest go down the toilet.
