That's right! That's why everyone's fat.

Grilled by far.

Grilled jew is the best! Gotta be medium-rare though. Otherwise it is too chewy.

Chicken should be well done, say no to salmonella.

I always laugh when I go to this restaurant and read their descriptions of steak

medium-well is my fave... sounds like they are describing a vagina

no way. you've never had perfectly cooked chicken have you. i am the grilled chicken master. so tender. i don't have to cut it or anything to see if it's done, i know exactly when to take it off.

also a great easy chicken recipe i did last night.... i put chicken breasts in organic canned diced tomatoes with seasoning and green olives and baked it in a covered baking dish at 350 for about 35 minutes and served it over rice. it was delish.

w3rd. I find most people, even restaurants, often overcook their birds.

This is too hard for an "either/or" answer. I eat it grilled 95% of the time, but when you get some good fried chicken, SONOFABITCH it's damn near impossible to beat.

I mean, just ask Mrs. Peaches:

Though I'm a vegetarian, this is pretty much all I miss, meat wise.

It depends on what kind of chicken.

I like my wings fried, with franks hot sauce.
