boiler room is great. ben cole does the biweekly residency there and plays full on trance. its 5-15 depending on the night, but never a disappointment!

randy have fun w/ tijs, i'm sure it will be a blast, at least for your set! :P

you have no idea.

There were many people at the place, I would say around 4000. And for some reason most of them were enjoying it.
I think he should get a residence at Disneyland.

btw I used to like his sets a few years ago.

No, i did not catch any of randy's set, tiesto was on when i got there around 10:30

LOL I was thinking the same thing...you have to realize most of them that are there have no clue about the music they are just yay! tiesto! I swear I saw more people texting their friends about where they were then actually paying attention haha. there was this one guy behind us in line all by himself on the phone telling his friend that he's so excited to see "Tree-ess-toe" going on and on lol.

Everything seemed inconsistent I guess you can say? kinda all over the place...and when it seemed like there was finally a groove going it was thrown off by like mgmt - kids or something like that can't remember if that was when it was...everyone there ate it up though like boian said. I was like wtf? he even threw in zombie nation off guard

I only went because I won the floor tickets last minute...we were not planning on going at all. I'm sure there's more I want to add thats just off top of my head.

You couldn't have said it any better I tried preaching to the people who just got for the name but they don't listen. Same thing with Deadmau5 all the young generation are eating the Mau5 character gimmick he made up.

That's exactly what I thought...very inconsistent. Overall, a pretty disappointing set.

I dont understand how he was at top form at the Friday gig in NYC,but failed for this and the sat show (NYC)...its like a pro sports player that decides to play 100% when he feels like it....
Guess its all about the $$$$ these days

Or perhaps people have different tastes? I was there - I thought Tiesto played a pretty strong set. I was impressed with all the new elements of his tour - and this is the first time for me to be in an Arena for a dance show. I also think it is very interesting how Tiesto is crossing the gap - bringing fresh new faces into electronic music. The electro influence and pop culture videos are dope! I think this is great!
