Need help with this song!

hey guys and gals! i remember this music video of this guy who is like drowing above water.. hes like a fish out of water desperately searching for water and eventually he gets to the ocean and hes like falling on the beach trying to get to the water its such an awesome song and i cant find it now! please help me!
