i have a good job, well paid (hard to find in mexico) and a bright future to come with it

but i've always wanted to go backpack to Spain from some years and today i booked my flight for October.

fail?

you do the backpacking thing before you get a full time job. If you are giving up a full time career job to go backpacking then you are an idiot.
