Direct connect problem!

Hi,i have tis strange problem, even though i have downloaded the newest dc software it keeps telling me that "the hub uses the 1.0.25 version of dc software" and i can't get it! Anyone know where i could find the newer version or how to bypass this?
Thanx in advance

hmm sounds like something is wrong in the registry, uninstall DC and go to Start / Run and type regedit

then search for like Direct Connect, neo modus and delete all files that the search comes up to. Then install the latest version and try again!

Good luck!

or you're not sharing and the hub has certain scripts that will kick you if you dont have X amnt of slots or X Gigs Shared.

Check any other windows/messages that pop up.... that's the same message that it gives when you're connected properly, maybe it's working and you don't know it??? Try clicking the 'users' button to see if you can see anyone else connected to the hub, or try searching for something. If there's an error or you're getting kicked off, it should tell you what's wrong. Post that error message up, it'll help fix things.

if it says this
This hub is running version 1.0.25 of the NeoModus Direct Connect Hub Software.
then you really shouldnt have a problem, as htis is just informing you of the software used to create the hub. Unless you are trying to run your own hub
