Halloween Haunt

Just curious, is anybody interested in going to Wonderland's Halloween Haunt this year? Might be fun if a bunch of us go. Just an idea.

Considering I worked there every day it was open last summer: no, lol


Helpful hint: go asap. The earlier in October you go the deader the park is = more rides!

This is always a great time!


I have gone with a group of friends for the past two years, both on a Sunday night. There are always zero line-up's, so we end up going on all the rides, some multiple times. While it can be a bit chilly, riding the roller coasters at night makes it much more thrilling. I will never go to Wonderland in the summer/during the day again.

The haunted mazes are just an added bonus. While they aren't THAT scary, they are still exciting. It's cool to see Wonderland all decorated too!

Can't wait to go back this year!

When are you going?? I'm wondering if this could possibly turn into a TA event, something like all these restaurant gatherings we have.

i actually just went last sunday
no lineups at all, all the villains and goons were free to scare us hahaha

i def will not go to wonderland at any other time of year but this one

my question for you though, do they open all the mazes and have the majority of the actors/actresses on the non-busy days?

i only went through 3 mazes on sunday, and don't really recall seeing more, how many are there??

there were 12 mazes last year.. they should be fully operational every night the park is open.. regardless of ticket sales

It's less than 10 minutes from both home and work for me, so if people are going, what the hell, why not.

I think I might actually have some kind of discount through work, but that might only be for the summer, have to check.

We went last year on the first weekend it was open. It was great, but it all depends on the weather.

Going befor SvD might be an option.

LAST YEAR WAS AMAAAZING!

I think we are planning on going this year .... so why not make it a full blown ta gathering ..

if you guys set a date that works for me, i'll come to this. haven't been to wonderland in ages. and what's better than going with a bunch of TAs.

Dang. the 24 is SvD and V-Ron b-day so Sat and most likely the following Sunday is a no go. There is always the 31st but that night will most likely be busy as hell.

Yeah, this weekend and next are also no go for me. The week after (23-25) is cool. Going on the Halloweekend itself would probably be a bad idea.

OK. So lets do it for the 25th!!!! I'll set up the roll call.

lol the 24th isn't my birthday Iain, you know when it is!! You're probably close enough though since I can't see me being any happier at any other time this year than I'll be at SvD.

Oh and I've wanted to do this for a few years now but donno if I cant this year. I'd say the 17th would be the best day, but I'm heading to guv that day to see DJ Ampz in the acid lounge!! Wooooo!!

Sorry hun, it looks like the 25th works for a lot of people.

But it doesnt start till 7 pm, you should be all rested up from the day before......

no can do for either of the dates - those weekends are busy busy :\
