I've always wondered why Mexico can't get their shit together and join the rest of the modern world..but with a lefty government like that it's no surprise. At least Chavez was smart enough to keep private enterprise legal long enough for the oil to be found and the infrastructure built.. The Mexicanos are trying to do it all on their own.
