For DJing, the 280 Pro is okay, but too bulky for easy spinning. It's the HD 25 that's more useful here. Expensive ($200 USD even at discount), however - but makes spinning at gigs easier.
2x Technics SL1200 Mk II
2x Pionner CDJ 1000
1x Allen & Heath 64 Mixer
2x Orfoton Nightclubs E
1x Technics RPDJ1210 Headphones

As ShadySlim mentioned, its the HD 25s that I was referring to. To be fair, I havent used the popular Sonys. So I couldnt really compare, however my Sennheiser have provided me with a long and great service. Currently Im using the HD 200s, which are two down from the HD 25s I believe. And, despite not being top of the range, I find they perform well.
If anyone is interested in the Sennheiser Headphones you can find more information here.
Yeah, i think i want these cans:
HD280s

right now i am using some optimus NOVA 403s, and they are working great, but the senns have more isolation.
anyway.. i guess this is getting a little off topic.

DO I need to buy an amp to drive Cerwin Vega V 253 Speakers?
?
The only reason I would get the gemini's is because they look cool as shit under a black light...In my opinion, they perform just like techz...The only thing different is the weight...techz are slightly more sturdy...
Cerwin vega v253 do need an amp... they can take 750 watts...1500 peak @ 4 ohms...they thump trust me....

I'm gonna have to give the A&H Xone:32 the best mixer title here... for a 10" box that is highly portable, it has astounding quality in all areas. best DJ equiptment investment I have made! And they are not even that expensive !
