Official TA Black & Blue gathering

Soo i never went so i dont know how the set up is, so i need suggestions of meeting spots, whether its a redbull bar, food counter or anything, as long as its obvious and easy to find its all good. I suggest 1;45-2;00 at this spot.
So any ideas ppl?
