Craig B - Autumn Leaves

My new uplifting trance track for you guys to listen to!

I hope you like this, its on a more uplifting tip, and just now im pushing for a release on a respectable trance label. At this moment i produce various house tunes for ministry of sound, so i would liek my trance work to go as big as my other guises.

If you could leave some constructive thoughts etc that would be really appreciated.

Thanks

I guess this is a pretty standard in terms of "Trance nowadays".

The intro is very driving, but when it comes to the breakdown I feel like a lot of the energy is lost. For this type of track I think you need to "beef" in up some more.

+1

If as you said ,your an established producer, forget what anyone taught you about making this tune.

For one , as owsey2008 says , it sounds exactly the same as most midbass driven stuff out there at the moment.
It also gives me nothing to give it a second listen?
Most good trance tunes have a good or monumental breakdown , wether it be long or short, something to get the crowd to respond to.

The melody isnt the worst ,but again gives me nothing to think i want to listen to it again.

Best i could think of this tune is that its set filler stuff , and you dont want your tune being used so the DJ can go to the toilet.

My advice , listen to anything 1995-2000 and make a trance track like that sort of era

thanks alot guys for your feedback, its well appreciated. And i have had a few tell me it needs beefing up a bit, and that makes perfect sense. I have started one or two more since this and they seem to be bettering each other in terms of wanting to give it second listens etc. I will jkeep working away and hopefully soon enough i will produce a track you guys will appreciate. Thanks
