Trance tune from around 1999

Heya

I heard this on a swedish radioshow back in 1999.
Someone said it sounds a bit like Balearic Bill - Destination Sunshine and that it could be a remix of that tune.
I, however, have not been able to find samples of all the released remixes made. There was even a remix competition for it back then.

It could also have nothing to do with Destination Sunshine what so ever.

Any help is greatly appriciated,
