Instrumental trance tune that's popular in clubs

I've heard a tune a few times in clubs and never had the chance to ask the DJ the name.

It's instrumental, starts with just a drum beat pounding out a rhythm. It sounds quite tribal. Then a few trance elements come out into the song, it builds up into a pounding rhythmic tune.

Sorry not a lot of information, but it seems to be a widespread tune, so does anyone have any idea what it is? Thanks!
