anybody here recommend using both small and large diameter near fields together? The larger for the bass response and the smaller to concentrate on the mids?

Or just use the cutoff, rudimentary EQ adjust on the larger nearfield to remove the bass to focus on mids?

I've been looking to get some of these for testing my mixes.

We had a pair of them in Studio A at the Art Institute and they were INVALUABLE for checking to see how your mix sounded on *cough* less fancy systems.
