Kicks with a subby tail , yes or no?

Im sure most of us loves that 'bassy tail kick' , like that one from
Alphazone - Sunrise.
But my question is , is it good to use in uplifting trance production? Most of the trance songs I hear usually does not employ this kind of kicks , but would it be cool to do so?
Would it interfere with the sub bass or cause some mixing problems?

the tail is not supposed to reside the low bass reason and yes there is a conflict of interest so you will typically have to use some form of dynamic control to get the right mix of bass and kick.

In uplifting trance? No, because the percussion is hardly ever the lead in the track. Even the basslines tend to sit behind all the melodies.

It's not like in house where the percussion and/or bassline leads, plus there isn't as much focus on the high end and not as much going on in the track.
