Listening! I've missed your stuff, kr00t0n, especially your psy sets, it's been at least 3 months, hasn't it?

To be honest, this set was really yummy and good but I preferred the first part more than the last part. All the tracks fit the bill as hypnotic psytrance, and some even bordered Goa! It was very chill, laid back, and enjoyable to listen to. Nice job, I can't wait to listen to your stomper!

This looks pretty tasty! 2nd part of the mix doesn't look like your typical full on trance like one would expect, so definitely looking forward to listen!

Listening:

Straight to full on trance. I like the second track, especially the part at 8 min where the beat gets distorted but its very effective. Also nowhere near the cheese factor so far.

I liked the transition at 18 min. It changes the mood with a very fresh track I have to add but not in any disturbing way. It feels like this was just part of the journey. The track itself is very nice!

Not so sure about the next transition though. A bit too heavy on bass.

The tempo went a bit down with the track at ~ 41 min. Not quite enjoying that one in particular.

From that point onwards, a darker, goa-like sound started to appear which I enjoy a lot. I guess this is the part with Tranan. Nice change, also not a harmful to the mood one.

As the title referred this is indeed a hypnotic set. I like this part with Tranan/Human Blue/Blue md (btw an extraordinary track, I liked it a lot). Perfect execution as well here. Mixing was very tasty, especially from Human Blue to Desseus Galaxy and then to Open Society. The end also delivers the goodies. Excellent ending track with that climax. Awesome!

Overall, I liked the 2nd part enormously. Very hypnotic but in the same time dancable and transitions spot on. Thanks for the share!

Ah yes, thank you, Magadanksy for reminding me to comment on his mixing. Overall, I thought your mixing was very solid, no hiccups anywhere as far as I could tell, maybe a few slippy transitions, but often with psytrance it's hard to make it seem like the transition isn't there. With house and prog-psy it's generally a lot easier to make it flow better without an obvious mixing clash like in full-on or regular psy.

Even I can see why Mag liked the last portion of the mix, it was indeed a very dark goa sound. Even though your flow was excellent, I enjoyed the first portion of the set much more than the last portion.

Excellent work though!
